We’re Checking In, Decatur!
The City has been making progress on the actions outlined in Destination 2030, Decatur’s Strategic Plan. As part of this momentum, the City is launching a Comprehensive Plan “Check-In” to help guide future growth and development.
A comprehensive plan lays out how we’ll grow, connect, and invest over the next couple of decades, with a focus on the next five years. This plan will set a shared vision for what comes next.
Read and Review the Draft Plan!
The first public draft of the City's updated Comprehensive Plan is now available, and we invite you to help shape its final direction. We encourage everyone in the community to review the draft and share their feedback. Your comments will help refine the plan before it is presented for adoption in October.
